A quick guide to how the virtual venue works — where to chat, where to connect, and what to expect from each space.
The Atrium — Connection & Community
The Atrium is your virtual lounge. Think of it as the hallway between sessions, the lobby bar, the front porch — a place to actually meet the people in this field with you.
What it's for:
- Meeting fellow attendees and making new connections
- Casual conversation between sessions
- Networking with presenters, partners, and the broader integral community
- Hanging out during breaks, happy hour, and the evening Liminal Lounge
When to drop in: Any time during the conference. The Atrium is open throughout all four days. Our community hosts will be present to welcome you, make introductions, and help you find your people.
We encourage you to come as you are — curious, open, and willing to be surprised by who you meet.
Session Chats — Sharing the Field
Each session room (Pikes Peak, Longs Peak, Torreys Peak, Grays Peak, and the Atrium broadcasts) has chat enabled during live sessions.
What chat is for:
- Sharing resources, links, and references that enrich the conversation
- Posting reflections, insights, or questions that resonate with you
- Connecting with fellow participants around what's emerging in the room
A note on Q&A: Most sessions will not include live Q&A due to time constraints across our four-day schedule. Presenters who do want to open Q&A will say so directly during their session. Otherwise, please use the chat as a space for shared reflection rather than direct questions to the presenter — and carry those questions into the Atrium afterward, where deeper conversation can unfold.
Remote Hosts
Our team will be present across the chats and the Atrium throughout the event. If you need help with tech, have a question about the schedule, or want to be introduced to someone, just say hello — we're here to support your experience.
