General Airmeet Tips / FAQs

1. Tech Support Number to TEXT or call: 720-770-1725‬ (Available Oct. 21st 5:15pm - Oct. 23rd 3:45pm)
2. Please use your camera in the Landscape view if possible.
3. Check that your lighting is even and shows us your face clearly.
4. (if possible) Check your sound with a friend on a video call before signing into Airmeet!
5. Wear either solid colors or something bright.
6. Choose either a simple, blank background, or something not too distracting.
7. TO JOIN BY PHONE: Dial +1 346 248 7799, then dial the meeting ID and the Passcode for the event you would like to listen to by phone. The Meeting ID and Passcode can be found right underneath the "CLICK HERE TO JOIN ON ZOOM" button for each event.
8. BREAKOUT Rooms: When they are active, you will see a button come up asking you to join a breakout room. You have to click the button to enter. There is also a blue "Leave Room" button that will appear once in the breakout room. You can click that to leave the breakout room and return to the main room.
9. NETWORKING: You are able to private chat anyone from the "Participants" list if you would like to exchange emails and links to connect further.
